• Authentication Tokens: Stored locally on licensed users' devices only

Your account data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Licensed users' authentication tokens are stored locally on their devices for convenience.

We do not sell or share your personal information except with:

• Google/Firebase: For account authentication and storage
• Stripe: For payment processing only

• Request account deletion by contacting support

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Trial users' authentication data is automatically cleared after each session.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following technologies on our website, subject to your consent:

• Trackdesk — sets an affiliate tracking cookie to attribute sales to partners. Loaded only with your consent.
• Analytics (analytics.js) — stores anonymous aggregate page view and click counters in Firebase Firestore using localStorage for session deduplication. Loaded only with your consent.
• YouTube embed — the app trailer is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com, which may set cookies when the video is played.
• Google Fonts — loaded for page styling; your browser connects to Google servers.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage.

9. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Account creation, authentication, and payment processing are necessary to provide the service you purchased.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Analytics tracking and affiliate cookies are only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Basic website operation and security.

10. Your Rights Under GDPR

In addition to the rights listed in Section 5, you have the right to:

• Request a portable copy of your personal data (data portability)
• Restrict the processing of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. by clearing your browser's localStorage or rejecting cookies via the consent banner)

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed by Google (Firebase) and Stripe in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
