By using LookPilot software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LookPilot provides head and eye tracking software for gaming. We offer a free trial version and a full license for $9.99 (one-time payment).

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to circumvent payment or licensing systems
• Reverse engineer the software

5. Payment and Refunds

The full license costs $9.99 (one-time payment). Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will result in license revocation.

6. Data Collection

We collect your email address, encrypted password, and payment information (processed by Stripe). Licensed users' authentication tokens are stored locally on their devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

LookPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
